Paces Civic Association supports almost 500 homes in the only R1 Zoning Section in the City of Atlanta. Our volunteer-led PCA board and committee leaders work hard to ensure we protect the integrity of our neighborhood, safety of our neighbors, and create a sense of community.
The single greatest benefit of membership in the Paces Civic Association is access to the close attention and service of our Patrol. Paces Patrol has several officers who’ve worked with us for many years and monitor our neighborhood 7 days a week, and are available by email and phone.
With looming changes to City of Atlanta zoning-related ordinances, PCA has 2 representatives on the Zoning Committee for NPU-A (our group of neighborhoods within the City) to protect what makes our neighborhood special: 2-acre minimum lot sizes and larger setbacks from streets and neighboring lots.
We may, from time to time, engage professional and volunteer experts to work on our behalf to support or oppose policy initiatives. We encourage anyone with experience or expertise on these issues to contact us should you wish to become involved on this front.
If you are currently a member of the PCA, we thank you very much for your support…
As a member, if you are aware of neighbors who are not members, please encourage them to join! Full membership is our goal....but we need your help and support in doing so.Many Thanks,
Lindsay Bender
