■ Security Hotline – When our patrol officers are on duty, they carry our private cellphone with them at all times so that PCA members can contact and communicate with our officers.
■ Out of Town Notices – Email our patrol when you will be out of town. They will check your home daily and bring your newspapers and small packages to a side door. Please make your own arrangements for large packages and USPS mail.
■ Security Decals – Each PCA member is given 3 decals to display on your mailbox and automobiles for easy identification for the patrol officers. Additional decals can be purchased for $5/each. Officers have a list of all current PCA members.
■ Security Updates – Receive Security Updates via email with local crime data and other security-related news.
■ Free Home Security Assessment - A Paces Security Officer will perform a free assessment of your home, making suggestions for enhancing the security on and around your property to help ensure your family's safety. Contact Security to set up an appointment.
■ Added Safety – The Security Patrol adds to the safety and value of everyone’s home within the boundaries of Paces Neighborhood; however, current patrol hours can be maintained - or extended - only with your support.
■ Security updates and email bulletins about criminal activity in the neighborhood
■ Neighborhood information dispensed through the PCA website, emails, the members-only Facebook Page (Paces Civic Association), flyers, signs, and phone calls from street captains
■ Updates on zoning issues or other activities PCA does to preserve the integrity of the neighborhood
■ Fall Picnic and other annual social gatherings
■ Representing the neighborhood (retaining legal services, if needed) with regard to zoning issues
■ Network of garden and book clubs, jogging and biking groups, sharing of recommendations, etc
